Eco Performance Award 2007 METRO Group Logistics has been awarded the 2007 Eco Performance Award. The jury was persuaded by MGL's integrated approach to ensuring economic success, combined with its responsible behavior toward people and the environment. The Eco Performance Award was developed in 2007 by the University of St. Gallen and DKV Euro Service. The award recognizes logistics companies involved in commercial road transport and in-house distribution who manage, in an exemplary fashion, to combine low costs, high performance and a high degree of environmental and social sustainability in an intelligent way. |

Deutscher Logistik-Preis 2002 METRO Group Logistics received the Deutscher Logistik-Preis of the Bundesvereinigung Logistik e.V. ("Federal Logistics Association"). With this award, the association honored the realization of the overall logistics concept of the METRO Group. The Bundesvereinigung Logistik has presented the Deutscher Logistik-Preis since 1984 to companies who have successfully put to practice integrated overall logistics concepts. The Deutscher Logistik-Preis ranks among the most renowned and important awards in this field. |
